These terms apply to Print123.ai quote requests, proofs, payments, production, shipping, and related communications. Print123.ai is a service of C&R Designs Printing, LLC.
Quotes And Orders
Quotes are based on the specs, files, shipping details, and production options available at the time of quoting. Custom or manual quotes may require staff or vendor review before payment is offered.
Payment
Production does not begin until payment is completed, artwork/proof requirements are satisfied, and the job is released for production. Payments are processed by Square or another payment provider shown at checkout.
Artwork, Files, And Proofs
- You are responsible for providing accurate content, spelling, layout direction, and any required permissions for uploaded files.
- Proof approval means you approve the visible content, selected files, and job details for production review.
- Screen previews and final printed color may differ because of monitors, materials, print processes, and file quality.
Changes, Cancellations, And Refunds
Changes may affect price, timing, or availability. Once a job enters production, cancellation or refund options may be limited. If there is a production issue, contact us promptly so we can review the job.
Shipping
Print123.ai jobs are ship-to-customer unless another written arrangement is made. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is purchased and confirmed.
Customer Content
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, artwork, names, trademarks, or other content submitted for print. We may refuse work that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unsafe.
AI Assistance
Print123.ai uses AI-assisted tools for intake, quoting support, design support, workflow routing, and customer communications. AI can make mistakes, so final job details should be reviewed before approval and payment.
