- Messages sent through email, Riley chat, web forms, proof pages, and vendor response forms.
- Payment status and order totals. Card details are handled by Square; Print123.ai does not store card numbers.
- Basic technical information needed to keep the site and forms secure and working.
How We Use Information
- To prepare quotes, request missing information, send proof links, collect approvals, process payment, route jobs to production, and ship completed orders.
- To communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff about active print jobs.
- To improve our forms, customer experience, automation, and fraud/security controls.
Sharing
We do not sell customer information. We share only what is needed with service providers such as email delivery, payment processing, file storage, shipping, and production vendors. Production vendors should not contact customers directly unless Print123 asks them to.
Artwork And Files
Uploaded files are used for quoting, proofing, production review, and production. Keep a copy of your original files. We may retain job files and notes for support, reorder, legal, security, and accounting needs.

Print123.ai uses AI-assisted intake and workflow tools. AI may help summarize requests, ask follow-up questions, and organize job specs. Humans and workflow rules review important quote, proof, payment, and production steps as needed.
